Cornwell, Pearson plc - Penguin Books, the US Bush-regime, and their
lawyers, thugs and collaborators.
These are excerpted from the approximately 2000 pages of legal files
that are with the United States FBI and Justice Department, the office
of US White House
Special Prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald, and on file at US
courthouses; and on file with European governments and law firms.

The Jew-baiting
extortion letter of Patricia Cornwell
At the centre of Patricia Cornwell's attack on author
Dr Les Sachs, and her eventual threats to murder him, is the
Jew-baiting extortion letter that Patricia Cornwell faxed to Dr Sachs
on 1 February 2000 - links to the letter are just below. See the
summary at the tail end of the main Patricia
Cornwell biography page for an overall account of Cornwell's attack
on Dr Sachs.
This Jew-baiting extortion letter was drafted by Patricia Cornwell's
lawyer Michael I. "Mike" Rudell, with the specific purpose of inflaming
controversy and picking Cornwell's pocket for several hundred thousand
dollars in legal fees.
This lawyer Michael "Mike" Rudell had already long known Cornwell,
working both with Cornwell and with the sleazy Conrad Shumadine at
Cornwell's Jew-hating Willcox
& Savage law firm. Michael Rudell knew that Patricia Cornwell
has a hatred for the people whom Cornwell calls the "dirty Jews", the
"filthy Jews" - and so Rudell knew that a Jew-baiting extortion letter,
insulting the Holocaust and threatening a Jew with the burning of his
books, would be very pleasing to the Jew-hating Cornwell.
Furthermore, Rudell calculated - quite correctly - that such a
Jew-baiting extortion letter would arouse a strong response from most
any Jewish victim. The victim's response could then be used to create a
legal case tapping Cornwell for many hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Furthermore, Michael Rudell had already worked together with the
Willcox & Savage law firm on bribing Virginia judges, in the case
where Cornwell had stolen the private autopsy reports of the murdered
children. As the target victim here, Dr Les Sachs, was living in
Virginia, Rudell felt assured by Willcox & Savage that the judges
there could be bribed to destroy all of Dr Sachs' civil and human
rights, and that he could be jailed and murdered there if necessary to
keep him quiet.
By this date in 2000, everyone involved with Patricia Cornwell knew
that she was a thoroughgoing sleaze and criminal, as well as a major
contributor of the George Bush family and other US politicians. All the
Penguin Books executives - David Wan, Phyllis Grann, and their
criminally corrupt General Counsel, Alexander "Alex the Gangster"
Gigante, as well as Cornwell's literary agent at International Creative
Management or ICM, all expected to be continually involved in using the
courts to try to crush and destroy Cornwell's victims who might try to
expose the truth about her.
Hence, Michael Rudell knew he could quickly enlist the support of all
these figures and corporations, in an enterprise of baiting, targeting,
extorting and destroying a writer of Jewish heritage, who had dared to
challenge Patricia Cornwell.
At the time this extortion letter was written, Dr Les Sachs had not
made any public statements about his suspicions that he was going to be
yet another of Patricia Cornwell's victims. Dr Sachs had privately
challenged Cornwell's various people, and been faced with mounting
evidence of Cornwell's wrongdoing, including a letter from Penguin
Counsel Alexander "Alex the Gangster" Gigante boasting that Dr Sachs
would be helpless in fighting any copying or stealing by Cornwell.
This extortion letter was crafted by Michael Rudell for maximum offence
to a person of Jewish heritage, demanding the book-burning of Dr Sachs'
writings, and a submission of silence to Cornwell, and all of this
under a 10 day deadline in which Dr Sachs, a person partly of Jewish
heritage and related to victims who died in the book-burning Holocaust
of the Nazis, was threatened that he must agree to the book-burning of
his own books.
Dr Sachs' response was forthright - "First of all, as a general
response to your threatening faxes of today, you and Patsy Cornwell can
take your threats and shove them up your butts." Dr Sachs wrote back
with much more material, and also began to publicize these neo-Nazi
book-burning threats he had received, but there was never any further
direct response from Michael Rudell or any other lawyer for Patricia
Cornwell.
Instead, they secretly prepared a large lawsuit filing, and privately
arranged a bribery deal in advance with US 4th circuit Federal "Judge
Robert Payne is my name, Federal bribery is my game". After extensive
secret preparations by Cornwell's legal team, Dr Sachs was served with
a thick wad of legal papers one afternoon in the following April, and
minutes later, before he could even finish reading the legal papers, Dr
Sachs' freedom of speech and freedom of the press was banned in a phone
call from Federal Judge Payne, carrying out the bribery deal that had
been arranged by Cornwell's Willcox & Savage law firm.
The instant ban of Dr Sachs' freedom of speech was then used to hold a
fake legal proceeding, and to cover for threats to have Dr Sachs jailed
and murdered, and to make the ban on Dr Sachs' freedom permanent via a
fraudulent court order signed by Judge Payne and Cornwell's lawyers.

perjury by Patricia Cornwell about her
Jew-baiting extortion
letter
The Jew-baiting extortion letter authored by Patricia Cornwell's lawyer
Michael Rudell, is important in many ways, beyond its role at the
centre of the start of Cornwell's criminal attack on Dr Sachs. This
letter is actually a document that will eventually help send Patricia
Cornwell and others to US prisons, as well as aid in the impeachment of
Federal Judge Robert Payne.
Patricia Cornwell herself, later openly committed felony perjury about
this extortion letter.
Also, Cornwell's hired thug lawyer Thomas Roberts also committed felony
perjury about it, claiming to have never seen this letter, despite his
having claimed to have done in excess of US $100,000 legal work on this
case against Dr Sachs, and the fact that this letter is quite
prominently in the legal files and original federal court filing on the
case.
Judge Robert Payne himself also felt necessary to lie about this
Jew-baiting extortion letter in issuing the written forms of his
illegal orders banning Dr Sachs' freedom of speech.
The Jew-baiting extortion letter specifically demands that Dr Sachs ".
. . destroy all copies of the book . . .", and it is clear from the
context and other documents, that the book in question is Dr Sachs'
novel, The Virginia Ghost Murders - the
book that Patricia Cornwell threatened to destroy.
Dr Sachs had publicised these threats to destroy his book, and false
claims by federal Judge Payne that Cornwell had "never" demanded or
threatened to destroy any books by Dr Sachs, was the essence of why
Judge Payne claimed the right to ban Dr Sachs' freedom of speech.
Also - with supreme neo-Nazi and Jew-hating perversion - Judge Robert
Payne ordered the defacement and destruction of Dr Sachs' books and his
publishing company, specifically to counter the report that Cornwell
had threatened to destroy his books.
Patricia Cornwell herself took the witness stand before Judge Robert
Payne as he accepted the bribes from Cornwell's lawyers, and even
though the exact words to "destroy all copies of the book" by Dr Sachs,
was plain as day in the Jew-baiting extortion letter right in front of
both of them in the courtroom, Patricia Cornwell nonetheless felt
compelled to commit felony perjury about her own extortion letter.
In the court transcript of 16 May 2000, Patricia Cornwell is directly
asked:
"Have you threatened in any way to destroy Mr. Sachs' books?"
"No," replies Patricia Cornwell, openly committing felony perjury,
confident in her bribery of the Jew-hating Judge Robert Payne who was
appointed to office by Cornwell's friend the first President Bush.

Final (and fraudulent)
written order banning
the freedom of speech of Dr
Les Sachs for the rest of his life -
The pretext for jailing
(and murdering) Dr Les Sachs
if he ever returns to US
territory
Here is the final and totally fraudulent "United States federal court
order" banning the freedom of speech and freedom of the press of Dr
Sachs for the rest of his life. This fraudulent "order" is what the US
government and its corrupt judges would use, at the request of Bush's
friend Patricia Cornwell, to put Dr Sachs in jail indefinitely and for
the rest of his life.
The lawyers who created this court order also explained in detail, how
Patricia Cornwell and Bush's friends would arrange to have Dr Sachs
raped and tortured in jail and then murdered, either by hanging him and
claiming it was suicide, or by taking his asthma medication away and
having him slowly suffocate to death over several days.
This court order is actually one of three separate bans on Dr Sachs'
freedom of speech and freedom of the press, that were issued in rapid
succession by Patricia Cornwell's (and President Bush's) friend, the
bribed federal judge Robert Payne.
There was an initial banning of Dr Sachs freedom of speech and freedom
of the press via telephone call, within minutes after Dr Sachs received
the legal papers from Cornwell's lawyers at the Willcox & Savage bribery law
firm. Then there was a "preliminary injunction" or early written
court order, expanding the ban on Dr Sachs' freedom of speech and
destroying his books and his publishing company.
And then a short time afterwards, this "permanent" or lifelong
injunction was issued banning Dr Sachs from speaking or writing about
Bush's friend Patricia Cornwell for the rest of his life.
Not
signed by Dr Sachs or anyone representing him
This court order is patently a fraud, on several levels. It is not even
signed by Dr Sachs or anyone who actually represents him. Everyone who
signed this fake "order" is on Patricia Cornwell's payroll - Judge
Payne and two sets of lawyers who are both working for Cornwell.
Signed
by lawyers touting a fraudulent "Freedom Foundation"
On the court order, Conrad Shumadine signs for the Willcox & Savage
bribery lawyers, and a thug named Thomas "Tom" Roberts signs for
himself and the Jew-hating neo-Nazi from Germany Timothy "Tim" Schulte.
These latter two are fraudulently posing both as lawyers for Dr Sachs,
and also posing as lawyers for a fraudulent and non-existent "Freedom
Works Foundation", a so-called "civil rights charity foundation" which
does not actually exist - and the lawyers and Judge Payne put this
fraud in writing, in court records and even on the internet.
Under the legal doctrine of "Fraud Upon the Court", the fact of this
fraudulent and non-existent "Freedom Works Foundation" makes this
document entirely null and void. However, to this day, no lawyer inside
the United States, of many thousands that have been asked, has ever had
the courage to stand in the US courts and ask for a declaration of
nullity of this fraudulent order.
In the United States, every lawyer has been so far too afraid of the
Bush regime and the bribed and corrupt US judges, to dare to make a
filing about this open court fraud.
No
reason for Dr Sachs to have ever "agreed" to the banning of his own
freedom of speech
Another thing that makes the order fraudulent, is that there is no
reason whatsoever why Dr Sachs could possibly have "agreed" to the
banning of his own freedom of speech and freedom of press for the rest
of his life. Even Patricia Cornwell's lawyers and thugs, cannot explain
how or why Dr Sachs would have any slight incentive to "agree" to this
court order.
Dr Sachs was a published book author and journalist for many years,
nationally recognised for his expertise on US corruption. He was likely
the most highly educated citizen of the United States, with seven
degrees from three universities, and at Harvard University he had
helped teach a course on moral issues arising from the Nazi Holocaust
and the extermination of the Jews. Partly Jewish himself, the case with
Cornwell revolved around Cornwell's book-burning threats in her
Jew-baiting extortion letter.
Dr Sachs had nothing to lose by a trial on the issues of freedom of
speech. He had no assets of any significance - There was literally
nothing he could lose as a result of a trial, except his freedom.
So there was no incentive, financial or otherwise, for Dr Sachs to
suddenly, after a few weeks of a lawsuit, to give away his freedom for
the rest of his life, and submit without compensation to the
destruction of his publishing company and his reputation; to put
himself in slavery to the whims of the Jew-hating Judge Robert Payne;
plus put himself in additional economic slavery to Cornwell's lawyers
who claimed to be "representing" Dr Sachs, and who now demanded
$100,000 plus 18 per cent interest from Dr Sachs as their "reward" for
not murdering Dr Sachs, destroying his publishing company, and getting
his freedom of speech banned.
Only the threats to murder Dr Sachs - who was already labouring under a
total ban of talking to the media about the extortion he was under -
explain the imposition of this fraudulent "order" at that time.
Theory
used to ban Dr Sachs freedom of speech - the "Lanham Act" political
extortion
This fake "order" banning Dr Sachs' freedom of speech and freedom of
the press, is slightly complicated to understand. It is not quite
simple, a typical devious creation of the US empire of lawyers and
judges - but it is as devastating in its threats to Dr Sachs as if it
were written much more crudely.
It should not be surprising that this fake "court order" is somewhat
complex and devious. Patricia Cornwell spent a reported US $500,000 on
the package of bribes and legal fees to generate this court order,
which covers for her threats to murder Dr Les Sachs and which
effectively imposed the ban on his freedom of speech until Dr Sachs
took refuge in Europe.
For a half million US dollars in legal fees and bribery, Patricia
Cornwell could certainly expect a little fancy footwork in the way her
threats to murder Dr Les Sachs were carried out.
In a different country, a tinpot dictatorship, without the fancy US
legal system, there might have just been a direct extortion threat
saying, "Keep quiet about President Bush's famous lesbian friend
Patricia Cornwell, or you'll be jailed and killed."
But here, there were some legal word-games put into play for the
half-million dollars Cornwell was spending to satisfy her Jew-hating
and Jew-murdering fantasies. The basic theory was that, since Patricia
Cornwell is a famous person, a journalist who writes about Cornwell can
be accused of "using Cornwell's name for marketing his own writing"
without Cornwell's permission.
So, according to Cornwell's lawyers, if a judge disagrees with what a
journalist is saying about Cornwell, the judge can instantly ban the
author's freedom of speech on the theory it is "false advertising" for
the writer's "product", his books or articles. Cornwell's lawyers say
it is only "freedom of speech" if a judge approves of it - otherwise it
is "false advertising for the author's writing", and the author or
journalist must be banned and outlawed and jailed.
In exchange for the bribes he was receiving from the Willcox &
Savage law firm, Federal Judge Robert Payne, pretended he believed all
of this. He screamed like a Nazi that there is "NO SCANDAL" involving
Patricia Cornwell, and that Dr Sachs must be instantly jailed if he
does not keep his mouth shut about this friend of Bush who is paying
such nice big bribes.
It is all nonsense of course, as US lawyers admit. But given the power
of bribed judges and the US Bush regime, able to jail and murder
innocent people at will, no US lawyer will go into a courtroom and try
to say a word about these bogus legal arguments.

How the order
works - a devious and total ban requiring total silence about Cornwell,
and about the Cornwell threats to murder Dr Sachs
As appropriate for a half-million dollar piece of paper, this
fraudulent "order" has some slightly devious and complex functioning.
Most importantly is the fact that no US lawyer has the courage to
defend Dr Sachs against the hatred of the US judges and the Bush
regime. While many have privately expressed their good wishes, not a
single US lawyer would be willing to stand up and speak against the
jailing and murdering of Dr Les Sachs.
In terms of the order itself: The "order" bans Dr Les Sachs from
talking about Patricia Cornwell in any way in connection with his novel
The Virginia Ghost Murders.
But this, in practice, means that Dr Les Sachs cannot talk about
Patricia Cornwell at all - because anything that Dr Les Sachs says
about Cornwell, implicitly goes back to their initial controversy about
his book which was in Patricia Cornwell's hands at a very early date,
long before Cornwell announced one of her own novels with a similar
plot-line.
The "order" bans Dr Sachs from talking about Patricia Cornwell on all
media outlets he had owned at the time - namely, his books and his
publishing company, and his one website. The "order" also repeats an
earlier order which had already effectively destroyed Dr Sachs'
publishing company, slandering him to book industry contacts,
frightening people away from dealing with him or selling his books,
thus the "order" seems to make Dr Sachs an accessory to the destruction
of his own publishing career.
The order has what is actually a catch-all for Judge Payne to jail Dr
Sachs at any moment on his personal whim. The order says that Dr Sachs
must not be involved in "using the name of Patricia D. Cornwell in any
way for advertising, marketing or promoting his book" - but an earlier
written diatribe of Judge Payne, about 50 pages long, made it clear
that Judge Payne saw any criticism of Cornwell at all by Dr Sachs, as
"fabricating a scandal for purposes of advertising" his own writing.
Judge Payne himself told lies about Cornwell documents - like Cornwell's Jew-baiting extortion letter - and
just relished his own unlimited Nazi-style power to declare that black
is white when it comes to Bush's friend Patricia Cornwell. Under Judge
Payne's vision of his own neo-Nazi power, telling the truth about
Cornwell is "fabricating a scandal".
Furthermore, as this two page order itself makes clear, Judge Payne
himself is "retaining jurisdiction to enforce the terms and conditions"
of his own fraudulent court order. Thus, the court order totally
enslaves Dr Les Sachs to Judge Payne himself, with the order declaring
that Judge Payne is the ultimate authority as to whether Dr Sachs has
violated the order. And Judge Payne has declared his personal view that
there is "NO SCANDAL" involving Patricia Cornwell, the friend of Judge
Payne's own patrons in the George Bush family.
Thus for Dr Sachs, there is no escape possible. Judge Payne gets to
jail Dr Sachs whenever Judge Payne says so - and the order even claims
that Dr Sachs agreed to this.
The order also declares Dr Sachs to be responsible for so-called
"attorneys fees and costs" to Judge Payne's friends, Thomas "Tom"
Roberts and Jew-hating neo-Nazi from Germany Timothy "Tim" Schulte, who
are posing as Dr Sachs' lawyers. Separate documents say that Roberts
and Schulte want Dr Sachs to pay them in excess of US $100,000 plus 18
per cent interest, money that Dr Sachs should keep paying to the
judge's friends for the rest of Dr Sachs' life, while at the same time
keeping quiet about Cornwell. And once again, Judge Payne is in charge
of whether money is being paid to his friends posing as Dr Sachs'
lawyers.
The whole order - portrayed here as a "Consent Decree" on the
fraudulent theory that Dr Les Sachs "consented" to all of this - ends
up to be far more blatant of a fraud than Judge Payne and his friends
perhaps first realised. But of course they felt that the banning of Dr
Sachs' freedom of speech would cover up for all of it in the end. They
just didn't anticipate that Dr Sachs would escape to Europe with all
the proof documents, and be able to tell the world the story of all the
crimes that they committed in their bribery with Patricia Cornwell.
From safety in Europe, Dr Sachs did file his own comprehensive appeal
of the illegal ban on his freedom of speech, with his US 4th circuit
federal court filing of 3 April 2004, and he followed this up with
appeals to the US Supreme Court and its judicial ethics panel. The US
judges don't answer - they have no reply to the proof of court fraud
and extortion and illegal orders. They US judges maintain the silence
for the felony crimes of Judge Payne and President Bush's friend
Patricia Cornwell.
Here then, the final two page and totally fraudulent "court order"
banning the freedom of speech and freedom of the press of Dr Les Sachs:

Agents of the United States government Federal Bureau
of Investigation or 'FBI', long allied to Patricia Cornwell via gifts,
favours, supplying of stolen FBI files, and even Cornwell's lesbian
affair with a married FBI agent (see Cornwell
biography on main page for details), attacked Cornwell's victim Dr
Les Sachs in Europe.
These FBI agents, using the official US government computer accounts,
e-mailed computer viruses from US government offices to try to destroy
European computers, and to sabotage the publications in Europe of
material regarding Patricia Cornwell's crimes.
In conjunction with the political threats by Cornwell and the United
States to jail and murder Dr Sachs in revenge for his writing, these
attacks are technically acts of "terrorism" by the definitions used by
governments themselves, including the government of this US.

FBI, with computer viruses attached, are still held on the original
e-mail account where they were received.
The FBI and the United States Bush government, does not even try to
deny that they conducted these criminal attacks on Dr Sachs in Europe.
