get away with murder if she chooses.
In the year 2000, Patricia Cornwell bought a fake "show trial"
proceeding in the high federal courts of America, for a purchase price
of a reported half-million dollars. The purpose of this fake show trial
was to ban the freedom of speech of an independent writer and
journalist, Dr. Les Sachs, who had publicly criticized Cornwell for
some neo-Nazi-style threats that she made. Patricia Cornwell makes no
secret of her hatred for Jews, and gladly funds threats to murder
people of Jewish heritage.
Patricia Cornwell, friend of the Bush family, was able to use a federal
judge appointed to his job by the senior President Bush in 1992. She
made use of this judge's favours, during the 2000 election campaign
that
installed George Bush the younger in office. This notorious racist
federal judge, Robert
Payne of Virginia, declared he wanted to "keep the money flowing" from
Cornwell to Bush and the Republicans.
It is the most blatant case ever of a fake political "show trial" in
America's courts - here is conclusive proof that a judge of Bush's
America conducted a phony court proceeding for political purposes. And
all paid for by the strange and disturbed Patricia Cornwell.
This fake court proceeding bought by Cornwell, in corrupt good ol' boy
Virginia in the American South, was not just racist and murderous, but
also as openly sleazy as if it was
an episode of that old television show The Dukes of Hazzard, with
Boss Hogg running the crooked Southern town.
It is the return to power of the old Ku Klux Klan style Southerners:

Patricia Cornwell, raised in the foster care of Jew-hating preacher

redneck-style former Texas Governor and now President George W. Bush -
all together in banning the freedom of speech of a Harvard-educated
writer of Jewish heritage, now the first US citizen received as a
political refugee in Western Europe.
As FBI documents prove, Cornwell and her bribed judge procured a couple
of con artists, posing as lawyers for a non-existent "First Amendment
civil rights charity foundation", to pretend to be Dr. Sachs' lawyers.
(The First
Amendment to the United States Constitution is America's "guarantee" of
freedom of speech and freedom of the press - freedoms that are
directly attacked by Patricia Cornwell.)
As FBI documents also prove, illegal gag orders, and threats of illegal
jailing and murder, were used to keep Dr. Sachs quiet until he escaped
to freedom over the USA border. Lawyers in Virginia were too afraid to
help Dr. Sachs, despite the clear evidence - lawyers were frightened
for their own careers in the Southern culture of legal corruption, and
no one in Virginia dares to help a Jew attacked by the old racist

but actually two, huge news stories of American misconduct and sleaze.
Together, they make up one of the biggest defining legal scandals of
modern United States history.
The first is the scandal of the famous celebrity mega-author and US
racist Patricia
Cornwell, who has sold tens of millions of copies of her crime novels
throughout the world. Patricia Cornwell is among America's richest
($125 million) and weirdest women, and she is also a major right-wing
political campaign contributor and friend of the President George Bush
family. Thanks to her political connections, and her influence among a
couple of America's large media corporations, Cornwell's strange and
nasty character has always been partially hidden from the public.
But it's now time for the immensely bizarre Cornwell to be known as she
is: A half-crazy, mentally tormented woman who hates Jews. With her
eagerness to threaten to kill people and to carry out her neo-Nazi
extremist tendencies, Cornwell now faces criminal indictment.
Cornwell's hatreds led her into spending hundreds of thousands of
dollars to finance one of the dirtiest criminal schemes in America's
history. I was the target victim of Cornwell and her lawyers, and I was
lucky to escape alive to write these words that you are reading right
now.
Patricia Cornwell paid to finance fraud and threats of illegal jailing
and murder, just to silence me and to try to prop up her own book
sales, and to keep the public from finding out how sleazy she really
is. The irony: America's famous crime novel writer Cornwell, herself
pondering potential felony indictment for some of
the most wicked celebrity crimes ever committed.
Patricia Cornwell took advantage of America's crooked and fraud-ridden
legal culture, to buy for herself the ultimate criminal thrill: She
purchased the threats to kill a man of Jewish heritage, and the illegal
banning of another writer's freedom, namely my
freedom. Patricia Cornwell funded acts of intimidation and terror that
damaged
the Constitutional rights of all Americans and helped lead the US
further down the road to fascism. She did this just to cover
up for herself, to try and prevent me from publishing criticism about
her, and exposing her real criminal and Jew-hating nature.
The documents are clear about Cornwell's crimes, with proof beyond the
shadow
of a doubt: Patricia Cornwell bought a fake federal "show trial" court
proceeding, in which both "sides" of lawyers were working together on
Cornwell's payroll. The judge issued laughably illegal orders banning
my freedom of speech and freedom of the press, just to cover up for
Cornwell.
There was no trial: Instant banning of my freedom of speech the day
Cornwell filed the legal papers, and then two written bans on my
freedom of speech following quickly afterwards.
With the judge's friends, paid by Cornwell, threatening to murder me,
the Cornwell gang suddenly announced that I somehow had "agreed" to the
banning of my own freedom of speech for the rest of my life, "agreed"
to be in lifelong slavery to the Judge's personal whims, "agreed" to
the destruction of my publishing company, and "agreed" to pay $100,000
plus 18 per cent interest to the judge's friends with a phony "civil
rights charity foundation".
To this day, even Patricia Cornwell's lawyers cannot explain why I
possibly would have "agreed" to all of this, with no trial and nothing
to lose by appealing the judge's illegal orders banning my freedom of
speech. There is indeed no explanation other than the threats of
Cornwell's thugs to jail and murder me.
These illegal orders that Cornwell bought, still stand as a potential
source of harm to every American citizen and resident, and a pretext
for Cornwell and her gang to jail and murder me if I ever return to the
United States.
Under the established legal doctrine of "fraud upon the court", and
also because of the proven acts of extortion, those illegal orders
banning my freedom of speech are invalid, null and void. But the US
government maintains the threats to jail and murder me on behalf of
President Bush's friend Cornwell.
The judge's orders that banned my freedom of
speech,
for which Cornwell
paid a reported half-million dollars, are now just worthless trash, now
that I am safely outside USA
borders.
With hilarious irony, at the same time that the Cornwell fake legal
proceeding was getting underway, Cornwell was cheated out of several
hundred thousand dollars by her own lawyers while she was attacking me.
Cornwell's lawyers played upon her gullibility and her
easily-manipulated hatreds. Her own lawyers laughed at Cornwell behind
her back as they stole her money. This Patricia Cornwell scandal might
be the ultimate showcase of sheer thievery by American lawyers.
But Cornwell is not innocent. Cornwell paid for fraud and extortion and
the banning of free speech, and she lied on a federal court witness
stand. Patricia Cornwell faces a quick conviction for perjury, among
many other felonies.
Cornwell's own guilt is proven by documents, even though she, too, was
a victim of fraud by her lawyers.
Which brings us to the second of the intertwined scandals here, bigger
than Cornwell herself, the scandal of fakery and fraud in America's
legal system. Here is the ultimate scandal of the American empire of
courts and lawyers. Much more than the scandal of crazy Patricia
Cornwell herself, this scandal of American courts and lawyers will
shock and disturb anyone who lives in America or who visits the USA.
In this scandal of Patricia Cornwell and her fake court trial that she
bought, we see that the American legal system, can at times be so
crooked, so sleazy, so catastrophically dishonest, that every American
resident or visitor should be in fear of it.
How easy and casual it all was - a smiling judge and his smirking
lawyer friends, all laughing together as they covered up for acts of
felony fraud, as they banned my freedom of speech and freedom of the
press, destroyed my little publishing company, and threatened to jail
me and kill me unless I kept quiet about Cornwell, and quiet about
everything connected with the game they were playing.
By the time you read these words,
the felony indictment of Patricia Cornwell and her lawyers and thugs,
may well be underway.
Prosecutions for the crimes in this Cornwell scandal, were long delayed
by political factors. And these factors go far beyond the fact that the
weird Cornwell is a 20 year friend of the George Bush family, a major
contributor to President Bush's Republican Party, and that Cornwell had
one of President Bush's friends living in her Virginia mansion. Not to
mention also that Cornwell has a 12 year history of sharing gifts,
money, and favors with FBI agents, too.
The politics connected with Cornwell's crimes have an even bigger
scope. For a country like the USA, that recently went to war and
invaded another country while proclaiming to be the "land of freedom",
this case of phony courts and fake trials is yet another major
international embarrassment for America. The US looks more like it has
become a third-rate dictatorship instead of a great "land of
freedom".
