and given to media and other inquirers, about the origins of the
lawsuit battles against him by the racist and Jew-hating author
Patricia Cornwell:
Regarding President Bush's friend Patricia Cornwell,
to clarify the details of what happened -
In the original fake US "legal proceeding", back when I was still
inside the US, the Cornwell gang filed a lawsuit against me to try and
shut me up, with my freedom of speech (illegally, but effectively)
banned the first day in a phone call from the US federal judge, only a
few minutes after I received the legal papers, before I could even read
those papers. - In the US, I was never allowed to file a lawsuit
against Cornwell, as they told me I would be jailed and killed if I did
so.
I never used the word 'plagiarism' about Cornwell and
my writings - the 'plagiarism' story, used even now in the false media
stories about me, is part of a large-scale deception by Cornwell and
her media allies, to distract from Cornwell's Jew-hating activity and
extortions.
The controversy Cornwell had with me, had its origins in the fact that
(1) I was a successful published author on US corruption, with my own
publishing company
(2) Cornwell had a documented history of stealing and copying things,
and committing other offences
(3) Cornwell hates Jews and has neo-Nazi fantasies, along with her
friends the Bushes who got rich financing the Nazis
(4) The initial controversy with me was started by Cornwell's lawyers,
as a scheme to make money, using Cornwell's hatred of Jews as the torch
to light the flame.
When I started investigating Cornwell, I thought she was just another
nutty sleazy celebrity, I didn't realise she was at the centre of the
US political heart of darkness, I didn't realise that she was someone
who could really have people murdered via her Bush connections.
The lawyers for Cornwell, to make money and to get things going
("milking the bitch", as the Cornwell lawyers say), faxed me an extortion letter demanding
that I submit to them under a 10 day deadline, demanding my
subservience to always be silent about Cornwell, and to conduct a
Nazi-style book-burning of my own books insofar as they mentioned
Cornwell.
These book-burning threats were specifically designed by Cornwell's own
lawyers to please Cornwell's Jew-hating fantasies, and to Jew-bait a
strong response from me, which in turn would lead to Cornwell giving
the lawyers a half-million US dollars to try and destroy me. - Cornwell
has by now probably spent about a million USD on attacking me.
The Cornwell lawyers knew, when they started attacking me, that they
could use the Bush network with the bribed federal judges to carry out
whatever felonies they needed, including jailing and murdering me, and
that's how I came to be in Europe.
But I didn't realise at the time I began investigating Cornwell, that
the US had already sunk into full neo-fascist corruption with the US
judges and legal system, and that in contacting Cornwell's gang I had
bumped into the Bush gang that could murder me.
And by the time I did know it, I was already under threat of jail and
death, and there was, as Sartre said, No Exit, other than taking refuge
in Europe.
To summarise the 'why' of the US gov't and Cornwell attacks on me -
Initially, Cornwell lawyers inflaming a scenario to make money. Then,
once public controversy was started - the US courts and gov't were
trying to support the millions in cash flow from Cornwell to the Bushes
and other US politicians, hence the attempt to ban me.
Then, given the original fake trial to ban my journalism - and given I
escaped safely to Europe to expose all these crimes -
With the proof I hold of crimes by the US federal judge (with his
friends in the fake "civil rights charity foundation"), the attacks on
me by US govt agents in Europe, e-mailing me computer viruses -
Now there's a bigger set of reasons for the US regime and judges to
attack and try and smear me: Not just protecting Cornwell and the money
flow, now it's covering up for US courts, covering up for attacks by US
gov't agents. Cornwell's lawyers are even going back to the exact same
set of US judges who are named in US federal court papers as partners
in her earlier crimes.
The Cornwell lawyers and judges are expecting the US corporate media to
avoid the real facts of the case - as exposed in my 3 April 2004 US
federal court filing, and other documents - and to play along with
the false information planted by the Cornwell gang on Wikipedia and
other places.
They're trying to defuse my effectiveness as a writer whose
exposés of US legal corruption are being read around the world.
The Cornwell gang, the Bush regime and the gangster US judges, are
trying to maintain that whole US racist system of jailing and
imprisoning hundreds of thousands of innocent people inside the US
empire.
